2015 Favourites

Hello everyone! Hope you all had an amazing Christmas and enjoying your break from school. I am certainly making the most of the holidays by relaxing and having major netflix marathons!
This year I have just been getting into makeup and this means watching endless makeup tutorials and beauty hauls on Youtube. So today I want to share with you all the products I have been enjoying this year.

Starting off with makeup, I think that this Seventeen Contour kit is amazing value for money. It gives you a dark yet soft bronzer aswell as providing you with a lovely subtle higlighter. The packaging is lovely as it comes with a huge mirror which is great for putting in your handbag. Definately going to repurchase :)

My holy grail concealer this year had got to be the Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer which is a more of a illuminating under eye and it also gives a slight shimmer. The consistency is lovely and creamy yet not too thick, very blendable. The only con about it is that the range has very limited colours and luckily classic beige is perfect for my skin.

This lipstick from L'oreal is a great shade for everyday use and suits many different skin tones. It is called "JLo's nude" from the color riche collection. It glides effortlessly on the lips as the consistency is lovely and smooth.

If you haven't heard about this mascara then you are certainly missing out! This is the Lash Sensational mascara from Maybelline, the waterproof version.  First of all, it is amazingly lengthing and applies very evenly, leaving no clumps at all! After hearing all the reviews from beauty gurus, I immediately purchased it and my eyelashes have now thanked me for it!

My two favorite hand creams of the year have been Soap & Glory's "Hand Food" and the Zoella Beuaty "Wonder Hand". Having disgustingy dry grannie hands, these two creams have saved my skin massively! Despite being incredibly moisterising, the refreshing clean smell of them makes it even nicer when applying.

My most favoruite bath product has been the "Luxury Lush Pud" from the Lush Christmas range. Yes, I know, I haven't been using it all year but I have fell in love with this bath bomb very recently. I just am hoping they never discontinue this bath bomb next Christmas!

I don't tend to use many products on my hair however in the colder months it is always good to inject a bit of added moisture into our dry hair. One product that I have been using for months and months is the Aussue Miracle Recharge Moisture Spray. As you can probably tell from the name, it's like a miracle to your hair after you spray this. Either on dry or wet hair, a few spritzes of this will change your dull hair into lovely shiny locks.

Lastly, my skincare favorites have been the Garnier Micellar Cleaning Water and the Clearasil SKin Perfecting Wash. To take off my makeup, I find makeup wipes very harsh and stubborn on my skin but now I use a Micellar water on a cotton pad, my skin has reacted very well to it. There are many skincare brands who now do this but going from reviews and personal use, Garnier's is the best.

I actually cannot rave about this face wash enough! Affordable, life changing, moistering...Just amazing! My skin isn't amazingly clear but after using this from about August to now, hardly any breakouts and I think it is down to this face wash! Obviously it will not be great for all skin types but I have a combined skin type and it works great.

My TV favourite of the year has to be Pretty Little Liars, of course! Although I started at the beginning of the year, I completely binge watched on Netflix and I was blown away. I was ( and still am) obsessed with PLL and I am so excited for part 2 of season 6 in January!

Thanks for reading and I will see you in 2016!
As always, comments much appreciated and let me know your favotourite products from 2015 :)

Winter Wonderland

Very recently, I went to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and I had a lovely day. After an hour and a half train and 5 minute tube, we arrived at Oxford Street which was decorated with the most beautiful lights which looked absolutely stunning, especially at night! We hit the shops down Oxford Street the usual favs, Lush (which was 3 floors!), H&M, New Look, Boots and we went into "Kingdom of Sweets" which had an incredible variety of sweets, a lot of it American candy.

After browsing the shops for several hours, We walked down to Winter Wonderland which was literally a quick 2 minute stroll. The first glimpse I had of the magical sights was just amazing! Winter wonderland is truly the most festive place in England in my opinion haha. Even better, there is no fee to enter you can simply go there and enjoy the festive cheer. They have ice skating, stalls, rides and a it's just such a photogenic place. Perfect for Christmas and photography lovers so clearly, I was in my element! A lovely family-friendly place to visit this time of year and I thoroughly enjoyed my vist, I would definately go again near the festive period!Have you been to Winter Wonderland? I'd love to hear what you thought.

Christmas Wishlist

Hey everyone! I hope you're feeling super festive this time of year! I can't believe that its already 16 days until Christmas and this year my goal is to be more festive.

I love buying gifts for friends & family because I love the surprise and satisfaction element when they finally open their gifts on Christmas day. But one thing I love more is recieving gifts (and I'm sure you do too!) so I have made myself I list of what I would like to get this Christmas.

1. Bascially anything from the Christmas Lush section!

Lush have some amazing festive products around christmas from snow fairy to father christmas, they cater for all different preferences when it comes to their range of scents. My personal favourite is candy mountain.

2. Converse Hi Tops

They look super cute and I've always wanted a pair of converse so I thought that this would be the perfect time to ask for them :)

3. Ari Perfume

If you didn't know, I absolutely adore Ariana Grande's voice and some of her music I love so I was really excited when she said she was realsing a perfume. Although I'm not just asking for it because she's a celebrity, I have gone instore to smell it and I did really love the scent.

5. Tresseme/ RemingtonCurling Wand

I do love curling my hair but I think if you have really good quality one, the curls will form nicer in your hair. My hair looks cute wavy so of course this is a another justifiable reason why I just need one!

4. A snuggly dressing gown

In the colder months, a soft and cosy dressing gown is definitely an essential. Next is a great shop for dressing gowns/robes because their quality is really good and they do a wide variety.

What presents do you want Santa to bring you this year? Please leave me a comment :)
